My Fridays journey started at the wonderful Enfield as a fry/broiler chef where I quickly progressed on to kitchen shift leading and working alongside the management team to help grow the kitchen... I eventually went on to doing kitchen support for new store openings at the London O2 and Stratford before becoming a kitchen coach for UK New Store Opening team, where I got to travel and train up a whole new set of Fridays chefs.
Shortly after this when the help and support of my GM and the NSO team I went on to do my MIT to be the AKM of Enfield... From Enfield I went on to Watford where I was awarded AKM of the year at our managers conference and went on to be promoted to Kitchen Manager.
2 years after starting my management career - I was eventually promoted to one of our highest volume stores as the Kitchen Manager of Westfield Stratford City London, where we have over 30 chefs and we took £160k in one week in Dec 2016!
